Level 1 Package
K199 per person inclusive of venue (Applicable only to above 50 guests)
Package consists of venue, main meal, one bottle of mineral water or soft drink. The main meal is made up of roasted chicken and beef stew, nshima, rice, seasonal vegetables and coleslaw salad. The soft drink is either fanta, coke or sprite, all in 300ml returnable bottles. The venue consists of a conference hall, chairs, tables and linen only (client to do own decorations and provide own DJ, music and any other requirements). Tailored adjustments can be made to this standard package at a fee.
Level 2 Package
K289 per person inclusive of venue (Applicable only to above 40 guests)
Package consists of venue, main meal, one bottle of mineral water and a soft drink. Main meal is made up of roasted chicken, beef stew, braised fish, nshima, rice, roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables and coleslaw salad. The soft drink is either fanta, coke or sprite, all in 300ml returnable bottles. The venue consists of a conference hall, chairs, tables and linen only (client to do own decorations and provide own DJ, music and any other requirements). Tailored adjustments can be made to this standard package at a fee.
Level 3 Package
K399 per person inclusive of venue (Applicable only to above 30 guests)
Package consists of venue, main meal, dessert, two bottles of mineral water, one soft drink and a bouquet of roses per table. Main meal is made up of roasted chicken, beef stew, braised fish, roasted pork chops, nshima, rice, roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables and coleslaw salad. The soft drink is either fanta, coke or sprite, all in 300ml returnable bottles. The dessert consists of cake and fruits. The venue consists of a conference hall, chairs, tables and linen only (client to do own decorations and provide own DJ, music and any other requirements). Tailored adjustments can be made to this standard package at a fee.
CONFERENCE PACKAGES EXCLUSIVE OF FOOD
Hire of Conference Hall without chairs and tables = K4,950 per day. Banqueting Chairs = K25 per chair without linen, Plastic Chairs = K10 per chair, 10 seater banqueting round tables = K160. Linen for chairs = K15 each. Linen for tables = K99 each. Projector = K1,500 per day. Braii stand hire with charcoal = K200 for up to 5 people. Charcoal refill = K100. Photo shoot = K300 for 3 hours. Video shoot = K500 for 3 hours.
NB: Our largest conference hall has a capacity of 1,000 guests. All bookings must be paid for in full at least 3 days before event, otherwise the booking is invalid.
